Susanna Goggans' mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer during a routine screening by the Ovarian Cancer Screening Program at the University of Kentucky, immediately following Susanna's first year of college.  Dr. Jennifer Hunter sits down with Susanna to talk about how this experience has shaped her view of healthcare in her hometown and the surrounding region of Appalachia. Susanna shares her life experiences that have led her down a medical career path.
