Food safety an health issues are always a concern, but particularly now when aging adults might be socially isolated due to COVID-19, it is important to consider the implications for ensuring the safety of our food.  Dr. Amy Kostelic and Annhall Norris sit down with Dr. Jennifer Hunter to talk about some of the food safety issues that are always helpful to think about but also those things that might impacting older adults in different ways specifically because of the global pandemic.
