With the increased interest in home canning, many alternative methods for food preservation are popping up all over the internet and social media.  As with all things online, it is best to check out the research base on which these methods are founded.  In this episode of Talking FACS, Annhall Norris shares the reasons why Dry Canning is not safe and therefore not a recommended process for preserving food.
