This week, Dr. Jennifer Hunter sits down with Mindy McCulley to discuss ways to prevent holiday spending from becoming one of those reasons.  In this episode we focus on tips for taking the scare out of Halloween spending and then discuss ways to make sure that we celebrate in the true spirit of Thanksgiving.  This is part one of a two part series.
